Our twelfth principle states: We use money as a means of collaboration. We don’t use money as a form of dominance.

How does this show up in our practice collective?

  1. No one is paid for being part of or leading the group, but we may pay for services or technologies that are administrative or would involve hiring someone regardless of their affiliation to the group.
  2. We take contributions as anonymously as possible.
  3. Members of the group may offer paid programs or services. These are always separate from the group, are never endorsed by the group, and no participation in them is ever required to be in the group. Promotion of such programs or services is limited to the asks and offers section of our groups.
